EYE LEGO Engineering Design Challenge: LEGO Dream House

Challenge: Design your dream house using LEGOs! 

Engineering Goals:

• Challenge students to think of new inventions/innovations that they would want in their dream house
• Explore the "planning" step in the engineering design challenges. Many students will add lots of cool features to their houses, but forget things like a kitchen and bathrooms. Challenge them to include a balance of fun cool things but also practical things that they would need to live in their house. 

Leader Instructions and Tips:

• If there aren't enough LEGOs for each kid to build their own house, have each  table work together and each student can build a room in the house. Then the rooms can be connected to make the house!
