Challenge:

Trading Spaces! Break club into groups of four and then break the groups of fours into groups of two. Have both pairs design an object they’d want to have in their room. Have the designers be very specific in what they want have a list of constraints. Then have the pairs swap designs and build!

Leadership Instructions/tips:

• Encourage the kids to be creative while they are building while following the constraints
• If the designers don’t like how the builders did let them work together to build a better solution
• Make sure both members of the pair are contributing and respecting each other.
